We offer a choice of inspirational educational programmes for students of all abilities. Our qualified and experienced teams have an impressive reputation for innovation and quality. We deliver in-school learning to 14,000 pupils each year and learning outside the classroom is delivered at many venues including Iver Environmental Centre, the West London Floating Classroom and Colne Valley Park. We focus on educating young people on waste reduction, food-growing and climate change.
We offer a range of formal learning services for adults including IT courses and work programmes and informal learning including horticultural and ecological sessions.
Location: Reading The Reading Motor Education Project works with young people from the age of 12 offering practical training in motor mechanics.
Location: Kent Groundwork's Spark IT Training Centre operates from a local community building in Swanscombe, Kent, and since its opening in 2006 has offered a range of IT courses and employment and skills training to local people.
Location: Kent The programme has been operational since 2008, with participants securing employment as well as recieving support to assist them in the search for future employment.
Location: Kent Angling is used as a tool to engage with young people, particularly those at risk from exclusion or ciriminal activity. It helps build self confidence and again a sense of achievement.
